Q1. What should I do when my child gets lost? or if I lose something?
Please come to the General Information at the Entrance Dome.
Q2.Where is Emergency Room and Baby Care Room (Breast-feeding Room) located?
Center Dome 1st Floor, the Big Ocean 1st Floor, Entrance Dome
Q3. Can I bring pets into the Park ?
Please leave your pets except Guide dog. Pet Space is available at the General Information.
Q4. Are ATMs available inside the Park?
There is no ATM machines inside the Park. Please be ready to accept this.
Q5. Are there any coin lockers ?
Coin lockers are available at the Entrance Dome, Enjoy Dome, Bus terminal outside of the Park.
Q6. Can I use credit cards?
You may use JCB, VISA, DC, Diners Club, American Express, UFJ, NICOS and Master cards. Please be sure that in case listed below credit card is not available.

Q7. Is there any service or facilities for kids?
Guests can rent strollers at the General Information. You can also get name card for small children at the General Information, Support Center and Baby Care Rooms.
Q8. Is there any service or facilities for guests with disabilities?
Marine Live and Safari World Kenya train are wheelchair-accessible. Rest rooms(except inside the Red Wood Images and Safari World) are also wheelchair-accessible. Guest can rent wheelchairs at the General Information.
Q9. What is ticket upgrade?
Upgrades are available only at the time of visiting the Park with a valid entrance ticket for a fee. Please ask the staff at Support Center. For more information¨ HERE
Q10. What is "Club AWS"?
One rank up members club for adults. Guests will enjoy Adventure World more leisurely and deeply. We prepare lots of services and privileges for club member only. For more Information ¨HERE
Q11. How do I get to the Park and how long does it takes?
<From Osaka>
*It takes about 2hours 30minutes by car. Get off the high way at Nanki Tanabe IC then take the way towords Shirahama.
*When you take JR-Line Kinokunisen Express it takes about 1hour 50minutes.
<From Tokyo>
Flight from Haneda Airport to Nanki Shirahama Airport: about 1hour
Bus or taxi is available from Nanki Shirahama Airport or JR Shirahama Station to Adventure World. For more Information ¨HERE
